Natural treatment for Tinnitus
Finding the right natural tinnitus treatment
Herbal and homeopathic tinnitus remedies are extremely popular and natural treatments for tinnitus, often bringing relief without the side effects or complications associated with prescription drugs.
Ginkgo Biloba extract for instance is an effective, well tolerated natural tinnitus treatment that has shown more proven results than other clinically tested herbal treatments for tinnitus.
Ginkgo Biloba (also known as Maidenhair) is processed from leaves of what is said to be the oldest tree on earth, and has been used for centuries by the Chinese as a natural tinnitus treatment.
Whilst not effective in every single patient, the proven benefits far outweigh any risks.
Simple natural tinnitus treatment steps...
Whilst tinnitus can be a difficult condition to manage, there are a few other approaches to consider. Taking steps to lower blood pressure and cholesterol, reducing stress and increasing the immune system are all beneficial tasks to undertake.
- In this instance, introducing vitamins as another natural tinnitus treatment can greatly encourage the immune system to self heal and assist what could otherwise be a long and tedious journey to recovery.
- Both vitamins and minerals are essential for proper bodily functioning; they are not naturally produced by the body and should therefore come from a good diet with the addition of supplements. Using supplementary natural substances as a form of natural treatment for tinnitus can only aid the immune system response and recovery of sensory cells.
- Vitamins A, C, E, and the B group have all been assessed as a natural treatment for tinnitus, and with so many choices and options available, it would make sense for the sufferer to take sound homeopathic advice.
Probably, the most natural tinnitus treatment is relaxation.
Relaxation may not cure tinnitus but the sufferer is taking a positive step in controlling the condition and perhaps changes their response to it. Whether it be quietly reading a book or going through a physical relaxation process, the sufferer will be emotionally calmer, mentally refreshed (which in itself can increase concentration) and physically relaxed.
- Natural treatments for tinnitus are really in abundance; taking care of the body by giving it: enough rest,
- sleep &
- water
and perhaps a better living and working environment would be a good start to self help. A depleted system is prone to attack.
Hi John,
I
took the T-Gone remedy for about 3 weeks, which was the amount of time
I thought I would need to since I've been having problem since December.
The ringing in my ears has definitely decreased, but not completely
gone away. I would say that about 95% of the time I don't notice anything,
and about 5% of the time I hear a very high pitched whine.
It definitely comes and goes, and seems worse when I'm under stress.
But thanks to you I now have my life back!!!
I want to thank you and Ellen again for all your help in my recovery
from tinnitus... Thanking You
Jayne Overgard
