High pitch hearing loss in my left ear.
i had a dental crown a few months ago.
Humming, hissing,in both ears and vibrating in one ear.
Ear infection caused marked decrease in hearing
Exposed to very loud explosions while in Vietnam.
I have had Sinus problems and sinus medicine may have been overused. I also have TMJ.
The tinitus I have came from an 'otidis media' .
The sound was only in the infected ear for the first 3 weeks.
Tinnitus started within a very stressful time of my life.
