The ear ringing started after I snorted some cocaine that I am pretty sure of Also I think it had been cut with quinine although not sure of that because can not remember how I learned that but have looked quinine up and it does say it can cause the ringing in ears.

Hello Don,

My gut feel is that the cocaine has probably left some residue or toxin in the body. If this was a one time occurrence it is extremely doubtful that damage to the sinuses or the cochlea in the inner ear could have occurred.

If the quinine has caused a reaction in your body, the same tinnitus treatment remedy would be used. It is the remedy that is used to treat all sort of reactions caused by drugs that can cause innitus.
