My tinnitus is a high pitched ringing/slight hissing accompanying it,
predominantly in left ear. Started on March 7, 1990, after 1280 mg. of
enteric aspirin. Never took another aspiring, but tinnitus has been constant.
Dropped in volume after a while, but sometimes increases in volume from
meds (ibuprofen, prednisone) and then subsides in volume when meds discontinued.
