What might the distortion be? In this ear the tinnitus and hyperacusis is worse. Will any of your remedies cure/help the tinnitus, hyperacusis and the distortion? Thanks.

The fact that you have played in a band for the last 5 years, you have been exposed to Loud Noise and this normally always results in cochlea damage induced tinnitus and Hyperacusis often accompanies this type of tinnitus.
