Client asked:
Tinnitus: My first attack of vertigo came at the tail end of hepatitis A when I was 15 and lasted for days. Maybe 15 or 20 yrs later, I had another attack lasting for days.
A combination of high doses of niacin + V-C calmed it down. Several years passed before my next attack. It was brought under control with accupuncture.
After that, I have never experienced vertigo, but rather an off balance feeling that goes immediately to my stomach causing nauseau.
The tinnitus is always with me like the sound of cicadas with every once in awhile a high pitched sound as though a special message coming through (for lack of another way of describing this) then subsides to the normal tinnitus. Stress also seems to play a role.
Our Response
Hello Gina,
I am glad that you contacted me and I will do my best to assist you in choosing the correct tinnitus relief remedy.
In order to achieve effective lasting tinnitus relief, one needs to take the correct tinnitus relief medication.
There is no doubt that the attacks of vertigo and nausea that you experienced along with the tinnitus, is as a result of Meniere's disease.I am glad that you no longer experience the vertigo but the off balance feeling that causes nausea further confirms that you are definitely suffering from Meniere's disease.
The tinnitus that accompanies Meniere's disease is normally cochlea damage induced tinnitus which is often described as the sound of cicadas. You are quite correct stress does in fact aggravate tinnitus and can cause the intensity of the ringing to increase.
Gina, I therefore have no hesitation in recommending our Meniere's disease course of treatment for your condition.
This treatment has helped many people achieve relief and it will be very beneficial to you as well.
