About 14 years ago I had surgery for Para Lymp Fistula, it left me with slight spells of tinnitus, but I learned to live with the ear noises. About 9 months ago,out of the blue, my ears starting itching real bad. I did have one episode of dizziness at the point that I called someone to tell them what was happening to me, and tell them where I was in case I passed out.

I didn't use my phone for several days, and used it again for thirty minutes and my mouth became
very dry.
If the cell use made my mouth dry soon after using it, could this possibly be the cause of my ear wax dissappearig, nasal fluid dissappearing, and eustasian tube sensitivity? Could this be the primary cause of all this ear stuff after all these years? I've started using a cell exactly 3 years ago, and excessively, until it got warm next to my ears for the last year.

I believe that you are suffering with Cochlear damage which nine times out of ten, results in tinnitus. The fact that you had slight tinnitus after surgery ( Para Lymp Fistula) confirms that cochlear damage is the root cause of your tinnitus.
The itching of the ears could be due to a slight ear infection or as you mention sensitivity in the Eustachian tubes this all probably aggravated your condition but the root cause is definitely cochlear damage.
The episode that you experienced, extreme dizziness and a feeling of going to pass out, was probably a mild case of Meniere's disease.
It is possible that the constant use of the Cellphone could be aggravating your tinnitus as well...
A little known fact is that there are literally millions of delicate hairs in the cochlea that get very excited by the pressure of waves of sound resulting from noise.
