My tinnitus is a constant high pitch ringing in the ears, cannot discerne between either ear (the high pitched ringing appears to come from the middle of my head) symptoms have included bouts of vertigo at least 15 years ago that made me feel very unwell at the time but no major events on that scale since. Have had root canal treatment for broken front teeth, other root canal treatment this year on a molar, also have been told I grind my teeth

Vertigo and dizziness are indeed very hard to live with and are probably the most debilitating charactaristics of Meniere's Disease. Fortunately you seem to have overcome the vertigo that made you fel so unwell.There are thousands of little hairs housed in the inner ear that get affected when you hear noise.
Whenever an external sound is picked up the minute hairs sway and send signals via the auditory nerve which is interpreted as a sound by your brain.
The agitation of the hairs in the cochlea can be likened to a field of long grass moving in tune with the breeze.
These little hair cells and those tiny auditory nerves get damaged easily when exposed to sudden loud noises. Obviously those that are unfortunate enough to work in a very loud environment or visit very loud places over a period of time will experience more damage.
These delicate organs can also be damaged from a knock on the head. Our cilia often get bent out of shape or even broken and then randomly send electric pulses directly to the brain which interprets them as a noise, although there is no sound present.
Noise induced cochlear damage tinnitus which can cause a ringing in the ears often is a result of ear wax removals, ear candling, swimming accidents, hurting yourself playing sports, dental surgery.
Loss of hearing is permanent but our noise tinnitus remedies have successfully lowered the tinnitus levels of many thousands of tinnitus sufferers.
