The tinnitus is a constant high pitched ringing sound in right ear only. sometimes (after exercise) a feeling of fullness in and around the right ear. The sound used to be at intervals, for example after a meal. now it is almost constant. It gets louder after I eat something sweet or drink tea or coffee, alcohol. Now it never subsides; about three months ago it still did. Volume level about 35db.
Some ear problems during childhood, and again at age 27 or so. Took a lot or steroid eardrops then.
I am also exposed to constant, but not very loud noise for longer periods of time (around 100db, up to 14 hrs.)
When I get a cold, it always blocks my nasal passages and infects the ear.
