My tinnitus details are; pulse exists, exposed to saw noises in construction but have worn ear protection sometimes during 20 years. Ringing got loud after regular tooth and gum cleaning 3 days ago.

Hello Steven,
The tinnitus you are suffering from is caused from the cochlea which was damaged due to exposure to loud noises. Tinnitus from exposure to noise in the workplace is very common and is becoming more prevalent in today's noisy environment.
Hearing loss in the higher frequencies is also common with this type of cochlea damage and whilst we can help with the tinnitus, the hearing loss is irreversable.
