I just recently started taking T4 tinnitus remedy and was told to take it 2 times a day. In the frequently asked questions section someone said they take the tinnitus treatment 3 times a day as directed. Which is it. Of course I would rather it be 2 times a day because sometimes I don't take the first dose till late and just about get the second one in. Also I haven't been taking the vinegar, honey and primrose oil. Will the remedy still help without it. Thank you for any help

Hello Catherine,
Although one can safely take the remedy three times a day, twice a day is the recommended dosage. Also taking vinegar, honey and primrose oil is merely an aid to general well being and is not essential to the tinnitus treatments working properly.
