I have Tinnitus from being a musician & music teacher for many years. My position in most ensembles have put the majority of sound in my left ear. I had never had any noticeable hearing loss or ear problems. On May 22, 2001, while playing the oboe during a music rehearsal, I felt as though I had blown congestion from my nose into my left ear. After the rehearsal, I had extremely annoying ringing in my left ear. The tinnitus has never left since that date.
I have been to two ENT doctors and had a hearing test which determined a drastic hearing loss in my left ear at the 4000 frequency. The doctors say that I do not have any signs of sinus problems or ear infections. Due to white thrush on my tongue which I noticed shortly after the tinnitus started, I assume I have had a candida problem for sometime; therefore, I have stayed on a very regimented diet - eating only low glycemic green vegetables, salads (no dressings), meats & drinking only water (no coffee, tea, soft drinks,etc.). I do not eat fruit, rice, corn, potatoes, carrots or grains (esp. wheat) unless sprouted.
Also, I do not eat anything with yeast, sugar or artificial sweetners. I eat eggs & use a little butter but no milk or milk products (the only cheese I eat is mozzarella). I cook only with extra virgin olive oil. The ringing has lessened to more of a hissing sound most of the time, but I still have days from time to time of unbearable, irritating, nerve wrecking noise in the left ear. Also, there are times that when I move my lower jaw sideways, I have a loud cracking in the left ear. I will not accept just the improvement I have experienced so far. I want total quiet in that
ear.
Which remedy do you recommend? Also, I would like to start with the increased potency formula & end this tinnitus as soon as possible. Considering the nutritional diet I have described, do you think I should have the lactose or frutose base? Please advise not only to the remedy but also the best & most expedient method of ordering T-Gone. How long does it take for delivery to the USA? Also, what is the purpose of the apple cider vinegar, honey & Evening Primrose regiment? My husband & I have now become ordained ministers so other than a few private music students, I am not around the enormous amount of sound as I was while I was a performing musician.

Thank you for the detailed information regarding your tinnitus and the history behind it, this makes it so much easier for me to help you.There are thousands of tiny hairs situated in the inner ear that get affected when you perceive noise.
As and when an external noise is detected the minute hairs sway and send signals through the auditory nerve which is interpreted as a noise by your brain.
The agitation of the hairs in the cochlea can be likened to a field of grass moving in tune with the breeze.
These little hair cells and those tiny auditory nerves get damaged easily when exposed to sudden loud noises. Obviously those that are unfortunate enough to work in a very loud environment or visit noisy places over a period of time will suffer more damage.
The inner ear and its delicate structures are also easily damaged by a strong blow to the head Our cilia often get bent out of shape or even broken and then randomly transmit impulses directly to the brain which interprets them as a noise, although there is no sound present.
Any type of surgery to the head can also result in noise induced tinnitus.
