Tinnitus: The tinnitus noise are a high pitch spewing sound, somedays I dont have the noise as bad as some but I did notice that when I lay down and sleep I will wake up with the tinnitus noise in my head but it will some times go away and some time stay for two or 3 days .
I have had neck surgery done twice in the past 15 years .The last one has been done 2 years ago. I have also notice that the tinnitus noise will come and go with the change of weather ..It sounds like it is in the back of my head. I have had a ear test done and the doctor has said that I have some hearing lost. I have worked in factory that might have couse that I am 51 years old ...I would greatly appreciate your help ...Thank you .

The inner ear structures are extremely sensitive and delicate and damage can occur very easily. The fact that you worked in a factory and were exposed to loud noise over a long period of time certainly suggests that you have cochlea damage induced tinnitus.
