I feel that my tinnitus started with surgury. I had 3 surguries(not head related though) and each time it seemed to get worse.

The tinnitus noise I hear are crackling, crickets, ringing and humming most all the time. I think probably stage 4 is what I need.

I also heard of one other person who has the same symptoms and she swears it was from surgury also.

The tinnitus noises you describe are typical of Type 4 tinnitus which is as a result of cochlear damage. At some stage in your life you have certainly suffered from cochlear damage and this is normally from exposure to noise but it could also be from ear infections, a blow to the head or from head or dental surgery.
