Exposed to Loud Noises for about 3 months.
Our Response:
Hello Priya,
It is quite frightening just how much damage can be caused by being exposed to loud noise, this is a very common cause of tinnitus.
Fortunately, we have an excellent sucess rate in treating this particular type of tinnitus and I know that we can help you get relief from your tinnitus.Did you know that there are thousands of diminutive hairs in the inner ear that are affected by sound waves caused by external sound.
As and when an external sound is detected the minute hairs move and send impulses through the auditory nerve which is interpreted as a sound by your brain.
These little hair cells and those infinitesimal auditory nerves get damaged easily when subjected to loud noises. Obviously those that are unfortunate enough to work in a very loud environment or frequent very loud pubs over a period of time will experience further damage.
These delicate organs can also be damaged from a knock on the head. Our cilia often get bent out of shape or even broken and then randomly send electric pulses directly to the brain which interprets them as a sound, although there is no sound present.
Any type of surgery to the head can also cause tinnitus from cochlea damage.
Damage to hearing is most certainly incurable nevertheless the tinnitis remedies have been very successful at reducing the tinnitus levels from a damaged cohlea.
