Are there dietary restrictions while taking the tinnitus treatment remedies. When I ran out of the remedy and still had some ringing in the ears, but diminished, I did have some chocolate, and subsequently had much louder hissing and ringing. If I continue to take the tinnitus remedy (#4) until the ringing stops, would I be able to resume eating the prohibited foods and drinks without having the tinnitus recur? Should I wait a certain period of time after it subsides to resume eating and drinking the prohibited foods and drinks?

Hello Elaine,
The fact that you took our type 4 treatment and your ringing was diminished - you obviously thought it was at a manageable level, however we always recommend to our clients that one continue with the treatment until the tinnitus is completely eliminated. Once this happens you can safely return to eating or drinking the prohibited foods, without any problem.Did you know that there are thousands of small hairs in the inner ear that are moved by sound waves as a result of external noise.
As and when an external noise is picked up the tiny hairs sway and send signals via the auditory nerve which is interpreted as a sound by your brain.
The agitation of the hairs in the cochlea can be likened to a field of long grass moving in tune with the wind.
These microscopic hair cells and those delicate auditory nerves are easy to break when subjected to loud noises. Obviously those that are unfortunate enough to work in a very loud environment or frequent very loud clubs over a period of time will suffer further damage.
The inner ear and its delicate structures are also easily damaged by a severe blow to the head Our cilia often get bent out of shape or broken and then randomly send electric pulses directly to the brain which interprets them as a sound, although there is no sound present.
