You seem to think that the Zitromax has caused your tinnitus and hearing loss - however the hearing loss is probably not permanent but a result of the tinnitus.

As this medication is a broad spectrum antibiotic and is used for bacteria and viral infections, it is very possible that you are suffering from Cochlea damage induced tinnitus. We have an excellent success rate in treating this particular type of tinnitus which we refer to as type 4.When an external sound is experienced the many thousands of little hairs in the inner ear are stimulated.

When a noise is heard by the ears and these small hairs start moving, impulses go streaking through the nerve which your brain interprets as a noise.

The agitation of the hairs in the inner ear can be likened to a field of grass moving in tune with the wind.
