Tinnitus: 10 years ago while recovering from a normal winter cold, I was awakened during the night by strange sounds, constant background plus clicking/poping/rushing. After wandering about the house and outside for a while, I realized it was coming from my head. Obviously that cold you had 10 years ago was more more than a normal winter cold. You must have also had a bad ear infection that caused damage to your cochlea. You have also obviously taken medication and anti-histamines for many years to treat the hayfever and allergies you mentioned.
