My tinnitus started in 1995 from what I thought was too many chiro ajustments that where too rough, I was getting treated for a whip lash 12 months earlier, I eventualy learned to live with this after 6-8 months. within that time I saw a homopath which picked up that I had a parasite in my bowel and also had candida with knowing this and staying on a diet for 3 months plus, Ilook back now and
see there may have been other underlying issues also causing the problem with tinnitus because it seemed to be easier to live with after these drops and diet. With the ringing that had subsided to a degree I wasn't listening (as you do) to so eventually it seemed to be not there and
nearly forgotten.2001, due to finding out again my candida was flared up due to a health tab (horygoat weed) I was taking and an incorrect diet, I went on the diet thouroghly and have had no probs,for 3 years, till 3weeks ago, in the last 3 months I've had a crap diet, neck probs due to doing to
much, going to a different chiro (recomended !)but not good and having and cold- sinnus and taking a sinnutab which I know they don't like me, so I in turmoil again and confussed about which has set the ringing off I;ve just started my candida related diet again and low salt diet which I just
read about, weather this will help, My symptoms are sore glands and throat, my ears ache and hurt ringing in both ears but different sounds, high pitch in the right ear and lower humm type thing in the left they do go up and down with different foods ie spicy and cold weather and wind makes them ache and ring louder along with exesive noise ie shopping long distance travel by car just recently. awaiting your reply thank you....

I am delighted that you got in touch and would like to thank you for the detailed description and history behind your tinnitus. This makes it so much easier for me to help you choose the correct tinnitus relief remedies, in order for you to get effective lasting relief from your tinnitus.
It seems very likely that you are suffering from two different types of tinnitus, this is pretty common and is best treated by taking two separate and distinct tinnitus relief remedies.
Let me explain, firstly I feel sure that due to the incident you had which resulted in whiplash that you had cohlear damage induced tinnitus at that time. This tinnitus was obviously not very intense and seemed to decrease over time. Tinnitus is a very complex ailment and can increase and decrease at anytime.
In addition you suffer from Sinus and use antihistamines and decongestants which only tend to compound this problem long term.
