CLIENT ASKED
My tinnitus started after I got an ear ache 1 month ago and was treated with ear drops and antibiotics. My left ear continued to feel very blocked up and I was then given epherdrine. Currently I have sinusititis and am again on antibiotics- amoxycilli. My tinnitis started about 2-3 weeks ago with a constant ringing in my left ear at variable pitch. I have also had an intermittent whooshing noise in my right ear. The left ear continues to feel blocked and painful. I have also had labyrinthitis. I have allergic asthma and get hayfever and often get lots of catarrh and feel this is significant to know. As a child I had problems with my ears and my father was very deaf following repeated ear infections. Any help much appreciated, as although I have only had this for a few weeks, it is really affecting my life in terms of sleeping and hearing. Currently only my left ear is affected with tinnitis and earache.. Thanks
Our Response:
Hello Jan,
I am glad to hear from you and will do my very best to help you choose the correct tinnitus relief treatment for your tinnitus.Obviously it is very important to take the correct tinnitus relief remedy, in order to get effective lasting relief from one's tinnitus.
Jan, from what you have described to me it seems very likely that you are in fact suffering from two different types of tinnitus. This happens fairly often and is best treated by taking two separate and distinct tinnitus relief remedies, in conjunction with each other.
The ears and inner ear structures are so delicate and sensitive that damage can occur very easily.
The fact that you had trouble with your ears as a child, your father's history and the recent ear infection would confirm that you are suffering from Cochlear damage induced tinnitus.
In addition to this your Sinusitis, Hayfever, excess catarrh and the whooshing noise you describe suggest a problem with drainage of the Eustachian tubes.
I would therefore recommend that you take our Type 3 for Sinus induced and our Type 4 for Cochlear damage induced tinnitus.
