Mainly I think that the tinnitus is related to a very emotional stressful year, when nearly everyone I love (my mother, my children, mysister) had been seriously ill. After they were more or less all okay again, I suffered a "Hörsturz" - an immediate, nearly total loss of hearing - on my left ear. After an infusion, I could hear well again, but ten days later started the tinnitus noise in my head and on both ears. \

But I want my silence back! I used to practise meditation, but the silence with closed eyes is now unbearable. I think, the right remedie would be tinnitus type 4. But: Before the tinnitus started, I had repeated sinus problems too, and I had to take antibiotics twice. From your detailed explanation, I agree with you that it is the Type 4 remedy you should be ordering. The Type 4 remedy is to treat cochlear damage tinnitus. It is very possible that the dental work you had done shortly before the onset of the tinnitus is the cause of this cochlear damage.The part of the brain and interrelated structures in the cerebellum, like the Pons, the pituitary fossa, the basal cisterns, the corpus callosum, the brain stem, the ventricular system do have influence in causing noises.
The hypothalamus is a unevolved part of the human cerebellum situated below the 3rd ventricle. It guides lots of systems in the human body, including the pituitary gland.
Obviously the best way to relieve stress related head ringing is to remove the problems that are responsible for the stress.
You also mention that you have subject to severe stress and traumatic and emtional times due to family illnesses. As can be seen below, stress and trauma are major causes of tinnitus and could well be what triggered your Hörsturz and the resultant loss of hearing and tinnitus.
It is probable that you will need two remedies to cure your tinnitus. This is very common and I would recommend that you order at least a three month supply of each.
