It seems very likely that you are suffering from two different types of tinnitus. This happens farily often and is best treated by taking two separate and distinct tinnitus relief remedies in conjunction with each other.The hypothalamus and associated conformations in the cerebellum, such as the Pons, the ventricular system can result in being the root cause of noises.

Obviously the optimum way to deal with stress induced noises is to remove or modify the problems or situations that are responsible for the stress.

Such as in your particular case the ENT cannot find anything structurally wrong.
