I have a crunching sound in my left ear if I move the area where my jaw meets my ear. It doesn't crunch other than when I move it. There is no pain. It started after I was on an airplane 2 weeks ago - we had turbulence so the pilot kept suddenly dropping our altitude to avoid the storm. My ears popped and didn't come un-popped until I was driving home in my car. My right ear is fine. My left ear has the crunching sound, but no hearing loss or pain.
