Client asked:
I have had tinnitus for 3 years and have tried the T4 tinnitus treatment previously as it was thought that it might be connected to an explosion I was exposed to some 30 years ago. However my tinnitus continues to exist and is taking several different noise forms. Having looked carefully through your list of causes for tinnitus the noises best resemble pulsatile tinnitus and possibly eustation tube related tinnitus.
Here is a list of the noises I experience: Pulsating or Drumming which often coincides with my heart beat, but this does not appear to be connected to high cholestral as a recent reading was 4.6 The eustation tube symptoms consist of fluttering, whirring sounds, fullness, humming and occassional slight discomfort at the back of my ear leading down to the side of my throat. Would you please be kind enough to let me know If my assumptions make sense but more importantly would you be able to help me. Yours sincerely John
Our Response:
Dear John,
It is indeed possible that your tinnitus can be caused from a partial Eustachian tube blockage or from a thickening of the mucous in the middle ear. This would ceratinly account for that feeling of fullness and also the tinnitus noise you have described. It would certainly help if you tried a low salt diet to try and control the fullness or pressure feeling in the ears. It's very ordinary for individuals who have sinus problems to sometimes experience tintinitus symptoms. This is because the mucous builds up and eventually blocks the inner ear canal which causes pressure and may induce the ear ringing symptoms. This additional build up of pressure can not only cause tinnitus but also some middle ear infections.Sufferers of sinusitis, rhinitis and allergies will without fail at some point in their lives hear tintinitus noises.
Tinnitus from sinus may also be caused by your body reacting to drugs, antibiotics or antihistamines. After long periods of consuming antibiotics or antihistamines to control the sinus problems tintinitus is often heard. It is the antibiotics and antihistamines that cause the mucous in the middle ear to become too thick and viscous to easily drain away through the very tight Eustachian tubes. Due to the Eustachian tubes being very tight this additional build up of mucous in the middle ear canal will start causing problems and maybe even tinnitus.
Our Type 3 tinnitus remedy is formulated to thin doen the mucous in the middle ear thus allowing it to drain out through the Eustachian tubes and you might consider trying the Type 3 remedy.
