Client asked:
Tinnitus started after a night of constant running of clear liquid from my left nostril, I awoke with a noise in my ear about and a clogged feeling I thought was wax. I had had wax removed about a year ago from my left ear. I went to the emergency room afte work and was told I had an infection and prescribed an antibiotic to take for three days that remained in the system for ten days.
The noise has not abatd and I was told that liquid in the ear could remain for some time and could be the cause. Otherwise it could be tinnitus which may last a lifetime.
Our Response:
Dear Kathryn,
I thank you for the detailed information regarding your tinnitus, this makes it so much easier for me to help you choose the correct tinnitus relief remedy. Obviously this is important in order to achieve effective lasting relief, one needs to take the correct tinnitus relief medication.
From what you have described to me it certainly seems that your problem is definitely related to fluid build up in the ear, the clogged feeling that you thought was wax and the ear infection are typical symptoms of Eustachian tube problems. It is very normal for individuals who have sinus problems to sometimes experience tinnitus symptoms. This is because the mucous builds up and eventually blocks the internal ear canal which causes pressure and may induce the ear ringing symptoms. This added build up of pressure can not only cause tinnitus but also some inner ear infections.Sufferers of sinusitis, rhinitis and allergies will sure enough at some point in their lives hear tinnitus sounds.
Tinnitus from sinus may also be caused by your body reacting to drugs, antibiotics or antihistamines. After long periods of consuming antibiotics or antihistamines to control the sinus problems tinnitus is often noticed. It is the antibiotics and antihistamines that cause the mucous in the inner ear to become too thick and viscous to easily drain away through the very narrow Eustachian tubes.
Due to the Eustachian tubes being very narrow this added build up of mucous in the inner ear canal will start causing problems and maybe even tinnitus.
We have helped many people all over the world get relief from this particular type of tinnitus and I know that it will be very beneficial to you.
