I get sinus headaches and i often have anxiety and do not handle stress well. I first had tinnutis in 1998 for several months. I then only had it after that when I would have wax in my ears. this time, that is not the case and it started again while in calif. That is where it had started in 1998. i do believe I have alleriges but I only take sinus tylenol for headaches. I do not like taking drugs. I have a high pitched ringing in one ear.
