I pased long lasting stress period and take moditen,akineton,artane,atc. what was wery,wery hard for me. Then I got hormonal disfunction. And now tinitus. I think that I have tinitus T7. Now I have normal cholesterol, but when I was under the teraphy my cholesterol was wery high.In my opinion that medicaments was too strong and stressful for me,and I had contraindication. I do agree with you about Type 7 tinnitus. Stress does cause tinnitus. Very much so! Stress is the major cause of tinnitus today.The part of the brain and associated systems in the encephalon, like the Pons, the corpus callosum, the brain stem, the ventricular system do result in being the root cause of a ringing in the ears.

Ideally the optimum way to relieve stress related ear ringing is to remove or modify the problems that are causing the stress.
