Client asked:
I also am a jaw clincher and my jaw is so sore right now. I also have chronic neck/shoulder problems... and stress seems to trigger it. I have been taking ibuprofen for years, but when my neck/shoulder begins to hurt, I take large dosages to survive. I also drink a lot of coffee. Both of these things, I realize, will have to be eliminated. I don't look forward to getting rid of either! I have had this humming in my ear (sounds like a low, far off hum, but I can feel it) but it has been off and on for 4 years.
It was something I only heard at night and I thought it was something in my house! Or a powerline outside. Then a week ago, I noticed that I heard the noise and I wasn't home. The noise has been with me constantly since then. I notice if the noise is at a certain level, I don't notice the hum. But the minute it gets quiet, it is very evident. Finally, last night, I slept on the couch with the radio on and it helped me to sleep.
Our Response Hello Kimber,
I am glad that you got in touch with us and feel sure that we can help you get relief from your tinnitus. It is really quite scary that so much medication can cause tinnitus and this includes even over the counter medication such as Ibobrufen. You also mention stress, jaw clinching and neck and shoulder problems, it seems that you could be suffering with two different types of tinnitus, medicinal drug induced tinnitus and stress induced tinnitus. This would be treated by taking two different tinnitus relief remedies namely our type 7 for stress induced and type 8 for medicinal poisoning induced tinnitus
