I am a very nervous person and suffered a major depression from 1996 to 1998. Since then, my neck and upper back have been extremely stiff and I even have pain in my scalp. Now the muscle problems have extended to my lower back on both sides. I have been experiencing tinnitis for only about a month or so. The tinnitus is a high pitched frequency, like an electronic device is causing interference.Sometimes ithe tinnitus sounds likes crickets. It does not interfere with my hearing. I am going for a hearing test next week. I have had slightly elevated blood pressure for the last 3 years..somewhere in the 140/90 or 100 range.
