My tinnitus is a ringing in my left ear...!

Tinnitus: My tinnitus is a ringing in my left ear, that is a single tone. I have worked in some very loud work areas ,ie powerstations & fabrication shops.

I am only 41 years old so afound like to do something about it.I been to the hospital with it , they told me there nothing thay can do.
