My tinnitus is a loud crunching/ static noises when I hear certain pitches.
Client asked:
Tinnitus: I'm not sure WHAT is wrong with my ears. I've been to several ENT's and they can't find anything wrong with me. My hearing checks out fine, but I have loud crunching/ static noises when I hear certain pitches. This is not constant, just occasional like when listening to singing in church or certain pitch of sounds. I only notice ringing in my ears when it is very quite. The ringing is mild to moderate, never extreme. Several times I have had an ear go silent for a few minutes, only for the sound to return to normal. 1 time both ears went silent but it hasn't happened since.
I cannot hear someone speaking to me, voices on the phone, or the tv if there is background noise. But I have no hearing loss. Despite the difficulty hearing I just mentioned, more often than not, normal everyday sounds can sometimes seem suddenly loud. This is not constant, but happens at some point on a daily basis. So in other words, one minute my hearing seems fine and the next it is either extra sensitive, under sensitive, or making a crunching/static sound.
As far as causes, you name it. I have gone to several rock concerts, but never seemed to notice any tinnitus beyond that evening at bedtime. I have suffered from toxic mold poisoning which has caused numerous health problems as well as stress and anxiety. This mold poisoning has also caused me to be on numerous prescription drugs. I do have Degenerative Joint Disease (once misdiagnosed as TMJ) in both condyles of my jaw, but have only had 2 rounds of pain in my life from it, once during my teens, and once during my second pregnancy.
The pain has subsided and I haven't had problems in years. The main factor that I can contribute is that these strange happenings seemed to coincide with the time I was being exposed to the airborne mold in my old home. It began around the same time as my other chronic health problems. What do you think?
Our response:
Hello Angie,
Thanks for the excellent description of your tinnitus and the tinnitus behind it. This makes it so much easier for me to recommend the correct tinnitus relief remedy, in order for you to get effective tinnitus relief. I am quite sure that the main cause of your tinnitus is a result of cochlea damage. The inner ear structures are so sensitive and delicate that damage can occur quite easily.
Exposure to loud noise is a major cause of cochlea damage induced tinnitus and although the tinnitus doesn't always start straight away after exposure to loud noise, the damage has been done and it can take any little thing to trigger the tinnitus off. The fact that you suffered from toxic mold poisoning which caused you severe stress and anxiety, this stress has in all likelihood triggered the tinnitus.Did you know that there are thousands of small hairs in the cochlea that are influenced by the great pressures of sound waves caused by external sound.
When a sound gets discerned by the ears and these minute hairs start moving, impulses go streaking through the nerve which your brain interprets as a noise.
These minute hair cells and those easily damaged auditory nerves are easy to break when exposed to sudden loud noises. Obviously those that are unfortunate enough to work in a very loud environment or frequent loud clubs over a period of time will experience more damage.
Any type of surgery to the head can also result in hearing loss.
Loss of hearing is not reversible but our noise tinnitus remedies have successfully reduced the tinnitus levels of many thousands of tinnitus sufferers.
Our tinnitus relief treatment for cochlea damage induced tinnitus has helped many people from all over the world get relief from tinnitus and I am certain that it will help you too.
