Tinnitus: My tinitus started, one night abt 3 years ago. I was having a severve cough, i was coughing so badly, that suddenly, this loud, roaring ringing noise started. my whole, sinus was stuck with thick mucus so said the ENT. I could feel my inner tubes all swollen, especially the inside back part of my nose. there is additional clicking and always liquid flowing.
At times the whole inner part of the nose, becomes a very tight pull, and i have to take panadol to relieve the tightness. Taking juice drinks makes it worse, and the tinitus to escalate even more. it seldom is that is subsides. only half a day maybe, but always, high roaring, high pitch ringing. pressure mainly is in the nose but goes to the ears sometimes, or up to the sinus in the forehead.
