My tinnitus and the ringing is very severe at times which makes the hearing aid less effective...
Client asked:
Tinnitus: The tinnitus started about 2 years ago. I have been seeing an Ear, eyes, nose and throat specialist and they have run all kinds of test. I now wear a hearing aid in one ear but the ringing is very severe at times which makes the hearing aid less effective. I have had a lot of sinus problems over my years (16).
I did have a tumor removed from my left ear but that was 15 years ago. I do take propanalol for migranes but I have taken that for 6 years. I notice the ringing is worse when I do not get enough sleep and when I am in a very quiet place.
Our response:
Hello Theresa,
Sinus can cause much more damage than one realises and most certainly it can cause tinnitus. However it can also cause confusion especially with regard to tinnitus. If one suffers with repeated Sinus infections or problems it eventually causes damage to the inner ear structures, this is known as cochlea damage induced tinnitus. Cochlea damage induced tinnitus also causes hearing loss in the higher frequencies. When an external sound is heard the thousands of tiny hairs in the cochlea are stimulated.
As and when an external noise is picked up the tiny hairs move and send signals through the auditory nerve which is interpreted as a sound by your brain.
The movements of the hairs in the cochlea can be likened to a field of long grass moving in time with the wind.
The cilia in the cochlea are easily broken from the pressures generated by extreme blasts of sounds. The damage is all the more amplified if you are a habitual concert goer or worked in a noisy factory for a long time.
These sensitive organs can also be damaged from a knock on the head. Our cilia often get bent out of shape or even broken and then randomly transmit impulses directly to the brain which interprets them as a noise, although there is no sound present.
Any type of surgery to the head can also cause tinnitus from cochlea damage.
Hearing loss is not reversible but our cochlear damage remedies have successfully reduced the ear ringing levels of many thousands of tinnitus sufferers.
Theresa, one can get effective tinnitus relief. Our tinnitus relief remedy for cochlea damage induced tinnitus has an excellent rate of success and has helped many people get effective relief from tinnitus.
