Tinnitus: My tinnitus is from loud music that left me with sesorineural hearing loss in my left ear, I have been told that the hearing loss is permanant, but the ringing and sea shell like noises are very bothersome.

Is this a fit for me for the hearing loss and ringing of the left ear. I have been told that the hearing loss is only helped by a hearing aid and there is no surgery or medicine that will correct it. Will this #4 help at all????
